Sizing and selection
Great care is needed when sizing and selection a safety valve. Therefore LESER and its partners give you support in different ways.
The product range contains the product groups High Performance, Compact Performance, API, Clean Service, Critical Service, Modulate Action and S&R, in which LESER offers 38 types of safety valves classified according to application, functional characteristics and performance. Even the layman is able to select the required safety valve rapidly and reliably by using our sizing program VALVESTAR®. We constantly improve this program and issue updated versions.
Online available is the sizing software for safety valvs in VALVESTAR-WEB.
We can assist you in your systems planning by processing 2D and 3D CAD data.
Through seminars, LESER provides operators, planners and workshop personnel with information on the function and design of the safety valves. We will also arrange seminars at your premises if required..
Prompt and fast delivery
During the last years LESER has constantly shortened its delivery periods. Actual dekivery times of safety valves - including the required inspections and documentation - are given in the actual Order and Price Information, e.g. Prices 2009.
TÜV Nord and other classification and inspection organisations perform daily inspections at LESER. As the tests and the inspection of the documents (data sheets, material quality certificates as well as operating and maintenance instructions) can take a longer time, LESER provides a separate area with conference room (Picture 1) and acceptance area (Picture 2).
