LESER offers its customers photo documentation for product shipments from the Hohenwestedt plant as an additional option. It serves as supplementary documentation or as a substitute for otherwise usual customer visits, final inspections or packaging inspections and thus reduces the effort for the customer.

Delivery of goods usually takes place after the customer has checked the photo documentation.

For LESER Spring-loaded and Pilot-operated Safety Valves as well as Change-over Valves, a choice can be made between the "Light" and "Advanced" variants.

The option code N4Y "Light" includes basic photo documentation and takes the following into account for each valve (see picture top right):

Alternatively, the option code N4Z "Advanced" is available. In addition to the images of the "Light" variant, this documentation includes images of: additional plates, label/sticker markings and the outer packaging (≤ DN 50 / ≤ NPS 1 1/2") (see picture bottom right). 

For other product groups, such as pneumatic supplementary load, spare parts or spare parts kits, similar photo documentation is optionally available after consultation with LESER.

The scope of the photo documentation is agreed between the customer and LESER already in the quotation phase and taken into account in the order. Changes after the placement of the order and the order entry will increase the costs. The option is not available for orders with specially shortened delivery times or for deliveries for emergencies and/or plant shutdowns.
