LESER Change-over Valves are available in a new design. In addition to the proven oil and grease-free version, LESER also offers a special version for oxygen service.
For non-metallic components such as seals, LESER only uses materials whose suitability for oxygen applications has been tested and certified on the basis of BAM tests (Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing). The same applies to the use of lubricants.
For oxygen-specific requirements, select option code N7D - "Non-metallic components, lubricants and cleaning for oxygen applications". Standardization enables short delivery times and complete, coordinated combinations with safety valves, for example for air separation plants.
The N7D option meets the cleanliness specifications for industrial oxygen systems, ensuring a safe and reliable solution.

LESER performs visual inspections using white light and UV light to ensure contamination-free components before and after assembly. Regular laboratory testing is also performed to verify hydrocarbon content and foreign particles to ensure compliance with Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA 19) and American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM G93) standards.
In a controlled "ISO 7 at rest" cleanroom environment, our qualified technicians assemble and test Change-over Valves and package them securely to prevent contamination during shipment.
