In order to cover an even wider portfolio of applications for the LESER Change-over Valve, the oil and grease-free version, option code J92, has been standardized. Change-over valves in oil and grease free version can be ordered in the standard delivery time +2 weeks. In this version, the change-over valves go through the same audited and proven process as LESER Safety Valves. The assembly of the oil- and grease-free versions takes place in the LESER Cleanroom, which has been set up especially for this purpose.

Based on this oil and grease-free version, LESER has also developed a version for use in oxygen processes in recent months. Change-over valves for oxygen service are thus available on request. This configuration is not standardized, prices and delivery times are created individually. 

For this year the standardization of the developed solution for oxygen use is planned. The aim of the standardization is to make LESER Change-over Valves for oxygen applications available without additional parts in standard delivery times. This will also synchronize the change-over valves with the safety valves in this area. LESER will then also offer customers in the technical gases sector the most economical solution for replacement valve installations on the market.
