Maintenance always in view - with the service sticker for the Supplementary Loading System.
With a new sticker, LESER shows its customers when the next service of the Supplementary Loading System (SLS) is due.
The LESER SLS is a so-called controlled safety pressure relief system (CSPRS) according to ISO 4126-5. It supports the opening and closing of a safety valve by additional forces. The benefits of the SLS include a higher process efficiency and longer service life of the installed safety valve. This enables a amortization within three to six months. To ensure proper function, LESER recommends regular maintenance once a year.
Since March 2023, LESER has been using the new sticker, which clearly indicates the month and year of the next maintenance. Attached directly to the control unit of the SLS, the sticker reminds the user of the annual maintenance.
LESER service technicians came up with the idea for the new sticker because they know how important regular maintenance is. Depending on the condition of the system, maintenance takes between two and four hours. LESER currently employs four service technicians in parallel, who are deployed worldwide from the production site in Hohenwestedt. With around 170 assignments in 2022, Europe is the main area of operation for the service engineers. From now on, the service technicians will stick the new sticker on the serviced SLS.
