Due to their hygienic design, Clean Service safety valves are easy to clean. Contamination in the processes is avoided.
The Clean Service safety valves can be integrated into CIP/SIP processes, e.g. with the pneumatic lifting device. This enables reliable and efficient production.

The LESER HyTight design features

This enables easy removal of residues while the safety valve is installed. 

The pneumatic lifting device enables the safety valve to be opened automatically by the process control system, e.g. during the cleaning process. The lift indicator can be used to monitor whether the safety valve has opened. Due to the wide variety of connections, such as clamps, flanges or aseptic screwed connections, the safety valve can be installed at any point in the system, whether storage tanks or filters.

This guarantees a simple supply of spare parts.

Only suitable components that comply with standards and guidelines such as FDA or EU Directive 1935/2004 are used in LESER Clean Service safety valves. This guarantees global conformity for the use of safety valves.
