On Monday, LESER welcomed the new trainees and dual students in Hamburg, and LESER is happy that they are now part of the company! This year, they are starting their training as industrial clerks (Industriekaufmann) and their dual study programs in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering. After getting to know each other and a tour of the LESER Kontor, the induction program began yesterday.  A short introduction to the departments was also made, where they were introduced to different departments and briefed about the objectives and responsibilities of the department. The support from existing trainees and dual students helped make the onboarding process smoother. Furthermore, they will receive basic training about safety valves and a factory visit to Hohenwestedt this week.
