Basic Training of Safety Valves

Your entry into extensive safety valve know-how! The training offers the theoretical basics of safety valve technology: Overpressure protection, valve types and functions, regulatory principles and certification. You will learn the functional characteristics like set pressure, back pressure and inlet pressure loss. The function of safety valves is demonstrated live in the LESER Chatroom. This training is the basis for plant engineering or customer consulting with current knowledge in overpressure protection.

Sizing Training of Safety Valves

Select safety valves in technically complex plant situations. Use the VALVESTAR® sizing program to calculate back pressure, viscous media and two-phase flow using construction examples in compliance with legal requirements. The training is based on the "Basic Safety Valve Training".

Maintenance Training of Safety Valves

The training for the maintenance, repair and service of LESER safety valves. You will assemble, disassemble and test different safety valves. Learn technical knowledge about the function and maintenance of safety valves and experience what is behind the production of safety valves. With this know-how, you can maintain, repair and service LESER safety valves on your own. This training is also a part of the certification if you want to become a LESER Authorized Repair Center (LARC).
