Manufacturing with built-in quality

LESER has a quality management system that accompanies all phases of a safety valve's product development--and it does so worldwide. This is because our "quality cluster" includes all of our locations. LESER works at all sites according to one Global Quality Manual and globally uniform processes so that the same quality standards apply everywhere. Every LESER safety valve therefore has the same quality.

Integrated quality

35 quality tests are integrated into the LESER manufacturing process. These are comprehensively documented digitally in SAP and guarantee traceability at all times. The LESER Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) applies to every valve and describes the test sequence of the manufacturing process.

You would like to know where the steel comes from which your safety valve was produced? You need the test result of the spring you have installed? All raw materials and components are registered with LESER. Throughout the entire production process, all production steps and tests are systematically added to the SAP system and assigned to each individual component. In this way, LESER ensures that all material flows and tests can be fully traced and verified.

Environmental management

Environmental issues play an essential role in the planning and implementation in the areas of materials management and manufacturing of LESER products. Appropriate consideration of environmental impact is critical to the nature and scope of these activities. With targeted environmental programmes, the impact on the environment is reduced to a minimum. The endeavour to continuously live the idea of environmental protection causes LESER to select its investment with necessary care. Maintaining certification in accordance with EN ISO 14001 provides the necessary framework for this.
