The new LESER Cleanroom.

After a separate logistics and cleanliness gate, you enter the actual cleanroom. Each work material is specially cleaned here and marked with a yellow sticker. The in-house ultrasonic washing system connected to the room supplies the six assembly and test benches with valve components. An integrated floor test bench for large valves and a special test bench for the LESER Change-over Valve make it possible to assemble the entire LESER product range. A test room that also serves as a darkroom for UV light tests then finally provides the proof of the result for the safe operation of oxygen plants.

For the production of oxygen by air separation, specially cleaned, oil and grease-free safety valves are required. The demand for this has grown in recent years and the order quantities at LESER are increasing. In order to integrate these larger quantities logistically as efficiently as possible into the existing production processes, this cleanroom was created and certified accordingly.
